Motivation

Motivation is needed at work, at school, or at home. Some individuals lack motivation, while others are over-achievers who experience out-of-control motivation.

This can lead to perfectionist thinking where if things are not perfect, individuals may believe that they are not trying hard enough. While there is no set-point for motivation, there is a range that most people seem to fall into.

If you find yourself out of that range, come and talk to me. Some of the tools I find helpful are organization and time management. By using these tools, you can help you get enough accomplished so that you feel productive while permitting some time for self-care.
